I apologize for my lack of posting! This time of year is so busy with getting back into the swing of school, student council fundraiser, Husker Football, and many more fun fall activities. Apples has taken over KE and I'm loving every minute of it! This time of year is my absolute favorite! We have been learning about the parts of an apple, the apple cycle, Johnny Appleseed, and many more Apple facts!

We taste tested our favorite apples and then made a class graph. We transferred our findings onto an individual graph. Thanks Mrs. Faribanks for helping us with this projects! |

We read the story Johnny Appleseed, watch a video about him and then made him. We changed our last names for the day to be "Appleseed." |

One of our favorite Apple Songs: There is a fruit that grows on trees, and apples is its name-OH! A-P-P-L-E, A-P-P-L-E, A-P-P-L-E, and Apple is its name-OH! (To the tune of B-I-N-G-O) We were very excited that we can now spell the word apple! |
