St. Patrick's Day and Rainbows

First of all, I apologize for not blogging sooner, it seems as though life has been getting the best of me!  I have been really busy, I think it is the time of the year.  My life has been consumed by: school, grad school (two big presentations next week, but I'm almost done :), still sick-but hopefully finding out some more answers soon, planning the Elementary School Carnival (April 13th), and much more, so sorry for not blogging!

St. Patrick's Day/Rainbows!

We made these pots of gold to practice writing our numbers 0-20!  Keep practicing we will be having our test soon!

We colored these leprechaun glyphs, by following specific directions!  It was great to practice our listening skills!

Leprechauns are sure hard to catch!  We read many leprechaun stories and then made this leprechaun!

Kites to practice skip counting by 10's!

We learned the colors of the rainbow!  We also learned that light is white and when it goes through water (a raindrop) it makes colors that is how we see a rainbow!  The colors blend together in a half circle-like shape!

Hopefully I will be blogging again soon!  This week we will continue to work on numbers 0-20, writing them, identifying them, counting sets, putting them in order, etc. We will also be doing bunny and egg projects for Easter!
